The Social Bee Lab is a research unit conducting research that helps explain and address issues related to economic inequality and mobility. We have research collaborations with national and international institutions, and also provide consulting services to support organizations and firms.
We have conducted multiple projects that include field and online experiments, educational interventions, and trainings.
Since its foundation in 2021, a total of 10 projects with 3500 participants have been conducted in the Social Bee Lab. Across these projects, we have awarded bonuses for about 50 million pesos.
We have also launched two versions of an interdiciplnary training to equip participants on how to better set and attain goals for their personal and professional lives. This was a collaboration with the Center for Behavioral Institutional Design at NYU Abu Dhabi. A total of 1300 students have completed the training.
